5th when I called great sports to give them a heads up on the actions of the carrier's, I asked to speak with management and the person who answers their phone "REFUSED" to do so.first By stating she would help BUT HELPING ,, SHE WAS NOT.
The sales people need more education on sales technique.... your best bet is to go down to the place and talk to someone in person... DO NOT talk to a salesperson who is a woman on the phone!! VERY RUDE!! A good sales person does not argue with a potential customer.. They find common ground and build on that.. This business has potential but I feel they need to educate the sales people on communication. I had to hang up on the woman... FIND THE RIGHT SALES PERSON AT THIS LOCATION IS THE KEY!!!..
2nd delivering company KEPT PUSHING MY HAND AWAY FROM OPENING PACKAGE. TELLING ME I'M NOT ALLOWED TO INSPECT!!! I had to state I WILL NOT SIGN FOR IT..to continue to check if at least the trunk was in package AND OR any of the other parts NOT ATTACHED TO BIKE.
4th when I called that 2nd party trucking co. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE. Then the rudest person one would ever imagine.
Shipped me a bike that won’t start.... it’s locked up. Kick-starter won’t even engage engine. The company asked me to send multiple videos and i did. I never hear back from them until I contact them a third and fourth time complaining. Now they tell me to seek a mechanic and they state that as a wholesaler they don’t have the responsibility to ship a bike that runs.... they only exchange parts. Of course, that’s not what their video suggests. In my last correspondence they stated their scooters don’t work 10 % of the time. That probably means it’s worse than that.
I paid for this scooter over three months ago and still have no solutions. They don’t even respond to all issues I stated in the video. Instructions that come with the bike have black pictures so the illustrations are useless as well.
1st trucking company they hire hands off to another company. With ANOTHER SET OF RULES.

I don't get people who spend 5 - 6 thousand dollars on a dirt bike when they can have have just as much fun on a Chinese bike for $1300. Yes, it has a carburetor instead of fuel injection, and putting it together can be challenging without a parts list or clear written instructions, but at least you're saving money. My bike arrived in a matter of weeks and looked even nicer than the pictures. I would only say they need to update their Hawk 3, 250 enduro assembly video, which lacks some much needed details you will have to figure out on your own. A more detailed video narrated by a competent mechanic might help. In the current system, customers are forced to fill out work tickets to get questions answered. Response time is about a week, which make them basically worthless when you have a simple assembly question. Note: The sales guys can't answer tech questions, so don't bother asking. Aside from that, the bike is great and I'm satisfied overall with my purchase.
I had made all my steps VERY CLEAR to salesperson AND trucking company WELL IN advance of ANY and ALL of my intent and steps I WILL TAKE AT DELIVERY. Regardless of any of their hidden agenda's.. ONCE THEY HAVE MADE THE SALE AND HAVE YOUR MONEY IN FULL PAYMENT
3rd before I could make statement on bill delivery receipt the driver SNATCHED the paperwork out of my hands.
BEWARE once you purchase product and are TOLD you BETTER inspect at delivery OR ELSE TOO BAD!!! You will have PROBLEMS..
