A lot of clutter and no staff available to assist. The men's restroom is their storage/janitorial closet.
The service clerks were more focused on sticking shelved than helping people. It surprised me how many 4and 5 star reviews I see here and in many aces. I'm thinking that most people have not had the experience of true 5 star service.
Usually I go here to get my shoes. They always seem to have some kind of deal going on. And though the staff is great, the past couple times I've gotten shoes here they started to fall apart after 2 weeks...I think I'll just pony up the money amd head to the New Balance store...
