I've been to this location about 3 times now, and every time has been a great experience. I really love their chips and salsa, and their drinks are top-notch too. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because prices are a little high for tacos. Definitely not your traditional authentic Mexican restaurant that gives you gigantic servings at a decent price (like El Cortez), but their food is tasty and I love the atmosphere. Also, the staff here is very friendly and attentive. They were always very well-mannered.
Great food. Server could have smoked a bit , but maybe she had a rough morning. Will return and recommend to others. Cute place, fun decor!
I've been here 3 times now, and the food has been just "okay" all 3 times. The prices aren't fantastic either (a little on the high side). With that said, the margaritas are very good and the atmosphere and decor are fantastic.
I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I feel like I need to. This is my second time at Fat Rosie's and both times have been phenomenal. First of all the food is FANTASTIC! Their menu has something for everyone! Second, the service is phenomenal. Our server, Miguel, took the best care of us. He even had the bartender make us a specialty drink. Third, they give you tequila shots. I mean how could you not like that. The General Manager, Alex, came over to our table to talk to us and he was so nice. We were here for my sisters graduation and they gave us two complimentary desserts. Literally couldn't have asked for better service or a better atmosphere!
Fat Rosie's has a beautiful ambiance. I was welcomed with smiling faces and greeted with a warm smile after I was seated. My waitress was attentive, she took our drink s and food order right away. She also graciously took my cold food away when I complained and in a decent amount of time replaced it with what I expected..... Hot food
