Polite but not friendly phone service. Excellent window service
I have to go to the post office often, when I do, I avoid the woman all the way to the left. Rude, not helpful, and I get over charged by her in the past. Her idea of helpful Is to say "is that the way you want to do that, ok". Nice customer service.
Lady working here was not helpful, I came here because telephone wait times were over 30 mins. What a waste! Must have been the lady on the left referenced in other posts. Guys working here are great, they probably grit their teeth throughout the day.
They were so nice! I ordered a package to the wrong address. I called this location and they sorted it all out. The woman on the phone was very nice. Pleasantly surprised.
They provided Sevice with a smile and detailed instruction for my passport renewal. Karen And Bob are so friendly and helpful. USPO should model all of their employees based on this location.
