I have had multiple issues with this box. One occasion it was out of order so could not return videos and on another occasion it stated it would not except any more discs when trying to return. This required me to drive across town to find another box to return. Not the end of the world but the inconvenience is irritating enough for me to no want to use Red Box any longer. Will be ordering all my rentals via online from this point forward.
