I cannot say enough great things about the experience provided by this dental practice. My son has special needs and requires a LOT of patience and compassion. I believe that the doctors and all of the dental assistants have angel wings hiding under their cool uniforms. They each gave my son the best possible experience today and at every visit. Five stars isn't enough. Thank you Treasured Smiles!
I was so impressed from the first minute of my visit. From the office staff to the dental staff, everyone was top notch! I honestly hate going to the dentist but everyone at Treasured Smiles was so nice and professional and really made me feel at ease. I was seen by Dr. Mike and Kimberly for my evaluation and treatment plan and then Marnie for my wonderful cleaning. I explained that I was feeling very anxious about my visit because it had been a few years since I had a cleaning or checkup from my previous dentist due to bad experiences. Everything was explained to me every step of the way and I was given different treatment options by the team to suit my comfort level. Seriously awesome!
Experience at TS Dentistry is always consistent - and it is the best experience I have ever had at a Dental Office. They are prompt, efficient, and the service is excellent. I recommend them to all friends and family.
They are great with kids too. Much better experience for them then what I went through as a child. We have been sending our kids here since they were three years old and they have never been nervous about the experience and are happy to go.
Lorraine Monteleone is very rude. For working at a pediatric office you would think she would be a good person with some sort of respect towards parents, but that's not the case. Also if I choose to speak to the doctor directly that should not be an issue. This office is looked at by how the staff treats their clients. Now you have just lost a client due to Lorraine.
In defense of Lorraine Monteleone, she has been exceptionally professional and helpful. I do know know the experience that the bad reviewer had or why she felt the need to attack her personally, but there are always two sides to the story. My experiences at Treasured Smiles has always been positive. From receptionists, hygienists, dentists, billing secretaries, and office managers (Lorraine), everyone has been exceptionally friendly and good at what they do. If I dropped a star of my review, it might be for all the pestering me about flossing, but I'll forgive that. ;-)
